If for any reason, the products you received are damaged, not what you ordered, or you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our refunds and returns policy.
Definitions: For this Return and Refund Policy, Company (referred to as either “The Company”, We, Us, or Our in this policy) refers to Anchery Drugs, Nehru Bazar, Kuruppam, Thekkinkadu Maidan, Thrissur, Kerala 680001
If you have received an item in a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ condition, or it is ‘Not as Described’ by us, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving the order, at no extra cost. We will not be able to accept products that appear to be opened, tried, or used.
We will not accept products if their labels, complete packaging, or stickers are not present at the time of return.
We will accept the returned products only along with the gift or sample received, If any purchase also has a gift or sample with it.
If all conditions are not met, the Company reserves the right to refuse the return/refund and/or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.

Further to the receipt of the returned products, Anchery Drugs will inspect the returned item(s) and they will be credited to your account within 5-7 business days if it is a qualified return. In most cases, the company uses the same means of payment as was used for the original Order. If all conditions are not met, the Company reserves the right to refuse the return/refund and/or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Worth to note
We can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
We give a full refund if the products were damaged or faulty before reaching you. For claiming your refund, you may have to submit photographs of the damaged or faulty products, to firstname.lastname@example.org.
